– All ReiN’ature orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
– When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We kindly implore you to allow additional days in transit for delivery. If by chance, there will be a significant delay (which is rare), we will contact you via email or telephone.
– The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
– You will receive a shipment confirmation email, containing your tracking number (s), once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
– ReiN’ature is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (tariffs, taxes, etc.) imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

ReiN’ature promises quality products, and that is exactly what our customers get. Nevertheless, if by chance the delivery a customer receives is not particularly what they expected or requested, or is damaged or missing, the ReiN’ature Return Policy explains how to go about returning the product. Our customers’ satisfaction is our topmost concern.

For the purpose of this Return Policy, the terms “We” “Us” “Company” applies to the owner of the website and brand, ReiN’ature while “you” refers to the customer.

– ReiN’ature will accept the return of unused products in the original condition within 2 days of delivering the product, for a full purchase price refund.
– Note that ReiN’ature doesn’t refund shipping charges, and customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
– ReiN’ature will inspect all returned products for completeness and possible incurred damages.
– Products which have undergone any form of alteration or change from the original form cannot be returned.
– Funds spent on taxes, brokerages, shipping, customs and border crossing fees on shipment are nonrefundable.
If a customer wishes to exchange a damaged product purchased from us, the customer can kindly contact our customer service to set up an exchange. ReiN’ature’s customer service will set up a pickup. We will send out a new shipment when it has been confirmed that the faulty product has been picked up by a courier.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, kindly return the original following ReiN’ature’s return policy. You can then proceed with placing another order for the product you wish to purchase. Know that you can place a new order, even without the original product reaching us yet.
